I’m a Charlotte based mixed media artist with a perfectionist’s hand and a wildly untamed imagination. I paint, ink, layer, jewel, and occasionally glue bits of preserved nature onto canvas - creating art that’s polished yet playful, abstract or realistic, and always just a touch unexpected.

So, what's your story...

Originally from Upstate New York, I was the kid with big ideas, a fierce “I can do that” attitude, and a constant need to make something - anything. Whether I was crafting with scraps from around the house, mixing backyard 'potions,' coloring at the kitchen table with friends, or painting alongside my talented aunt, I was happiest when my hands were busy and my mind was free to roam. Art wasn’t just my favorite subject, but more than that, it was my favorite way to feel like me.

Like many, on my own with bills and student loans to pay, adulthood swept me into a more traditional path - corporate America, endless responsibilities, and far too little time for the things that made me feel most alive. But in June 2024, after 18 years of feeling unfulfilled (and honestly, just plain stuck), I took a terrifying-but-thrilling leap out of the 9-to-5 grind. With lots of encouragement from my partner and closest friends, I left behind the spreadsheets and boardrooms and said yes to a little art shed and a big dream. They say, “do it scared,” right? So here I am - scared out of my mind and finally ready to listen to that childhood version of me who just wanted to make things all day.

Now, grateful beyond measure to wake up and 'get' to do this, I let the ideas lead. Whether it's alcohol ink and acrylic doing their chaotic dance, gypsum adding unexpected texture, or moss giving a piece literal life. I’m just here to follow whatever idea won’t leave me alone. If it makes your walls more interesting or makes you smile weirdly to yourself, I’ve done my job.
